All items purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty. Legal guarantee means that a product is or should be what the consumer may reasonably expect from it. For some products there is also an own/manufacturer's guarantee. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.
Manufacturer's guarantee
All DOUXE products are manufactured with the greatest possible care and expertise by skilled people. Each product is thoroughly checked and complies with strict quality guidelines and durability requirements. Should a complaint nevertheless occur due to material, construction or manufacturing defects, DOUXE will take responsibility and refund the purchase price, replace or repair the product in accordance with the guarantee provisions.
Due to depreciation and normal wear and tear the amount of the refund to the purchaser decreases year by year. The original invoice is required as proof of purchase.
Box springs and mattresses
Box springs and mattresses are covered by a standard warranty. Due to depreciation and normal wear and tear, the refund to the purchaser decreases annually from the 2nd year onwards, thereby increasing the purchaser's own contribution. The purchaser's contribution is based on the table below. The purchaser may be charged for any transport costs.

Boxspring and mattress interior have a 15-year full guarantee on breakage of steel springs.
Top-deck mattresses and duvets
Standard warranty applies to topdeck mattresses and duvets. Due to depreciation and normal wear and tear, the refund to the purchaser decreases annually from the 2nd year onwards, thereby increasing the purchaser's own contribution. The purchaser's contribution is based on the table below. The purchaser may be charged for any transport costs.

Electric motors
The electric motors are completely maintenance-free and the standard warranty applies. Due to depreciation and normal wear and tear, from the 3rd year onwards, the refund to the purchaser decreases annually and therefore the purchaser's own contribution increases. DOUXE reserves the right at all times to offer the purchaser an appropriate solution which may consist of repair or replacement of the relevant or equivalent model.
Transport costs abroad will always be charged in a reasonable manner and in consultation with the purchaser. These standard warranty conditions are also applicable if the respective product has been sold by DOUXE authorized dealers provided that his name, address and date are mentioned on the original invoice.
Exclusions
For all products, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or injudicious use, insufficient care of the delivered goods and wear and tear due to normal use. The guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored incorrectly, modified or cleaned or assembled in an incorrect manner or with incorrect cleaning agents. Products stored outdoors or placed in a humid environment are not covered by the warranty. This guarantee does not cover indirect or incidental damage. In order to claim the warranty, the specific maintenance instructions for each product must be followed.
