When creating a shipping label, you will receive a track & trace code via e-mail. DOUXE uses the DHL For You service. With this service, you will receive your order within 24-48 hours. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). DHL makes two delivery attempts. Please note that no change of address is possible.
